Forgive me, but I'm kinda confused here.

Is it duplicating or is it extending like it should?

Nothing to be confused about. I hooked an extra monitor to a gaming machine. They both have WP10 on them. I have no issues with that. But everything I do with one monitor. The same thing happens to the extra monitor.

Okay! So it's duplicating when it should be extending. Correct?

Have you tried using different cables to connect them?

If you go to Control Panel > Display > Screen Resolution, does it show two monitors?

    Different Profiles?

Were you allowed to use different calibrated profiles for each monitor? Windows 7 only allows one profile and I would like to have different profiles for each monitor, a 1920 x 1080 and a 4K.

Do you have a cable from each monitor going into a separate connection on the back of the graphics card?
