    Do you have any software running in the background like CCleaner that might be deleting or cleaning up these links? Next time you restart try restarting with a clean boot and seeing if the Quick Access items stay in place.

    I checked with our IT person, and we don't have a CCleaner and they checked our Firewall. I'll have to see about that special start-up.

Hey, does anyone know how to get back quick access in Windows 10? I think that I ran some tweaks and it removed it for some reason.
Noticed when I install a fresh copy of Windows 10 Creators Update and don't have the computer connected to the network / internet... When the PC starts and logs in to the desktop I notice one or sometimes two CMD Prompt-like Windows quickly...
