See here: Default File Type Associations - Restore in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

Scroll down to Folder and download and merge that .reg file, should fix this problem.

    Roel,

I'm not sure what else to suggest either other than to see if a repair install may be able to sort it for you.

Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Sorry Brink, I read that but I'm not sure what i'm reading. Can I download Windows 10 somewhere so I can install that an other hard disk. The risk that I lose programs (for work) is to big for me. Sorry that I take so many time from you
