I also noticed that the drive didn't appear in the BIOS any longer, so that implies it is pre-driver loads. I suspect that I have a bad mainboard given what I have seen. As with everything purchased from Microcenters, unless you pay for their 'extended warranties' they don't care! Contact ASRock! I've learned a lesson about not buying a mainboard that was virtually 'pushed on me' by them! I went there with intentions to buy a different one.
