Windows 10 Home 64-bit: Font Looks Strange

My font looks strange in Windows 10. It doesn't look smooth as it is supposed to be. Below is the screenshot.

Perhaps "Smooth edges of Screen Fonts" is unchecked in Visual Properties - Control Panel/System/Advanced/Advanced/Settings.

Edwin, thanks for your reply. But that setting is already checked.

It seems like a monitor setting. Have you checked your resolution and phase (or similar) configuration?

Ghost82, no I don't think so. How do I do that? However, when I try to open Adobe Reader to see what version it is, it says "Adobe Reader can not open in Protected Mode due to a problem with your system configuration. Would you like to open Adobe Reader with Protected Mode disabled?"
