The only thing I would change/add would be an SSD for your OS/programs. Other than that it's a nice rig.

    Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
That's what I would get and a nice HDD for data storage.

Which Geforce? There is no simple answer. What do you want to use the PC for? The least expensive card I'd suggest that has Win 10 drivers is based on the GT 610 chipset. They start at around $40US, in the USA. (Only 1GB of VRAM, though.)

Most graphics cards on the market now use a PCI-EXpress X16 slot. The only problem I've ever had with that was when a long graphics card (large, expensive) interfered with a connector at the back of the board.

Power supply: depends mainly on the graphics card. With a low power card (<75W), even a good 250W PSU might be adequate. One of the premier graphics card makers, eVGA, seems to recommend a minimum of a 300W PSU. Warning: I wouldn't be surprised if someone in this forum tries to talk you into a 600W power supply from a high-end maker. The only harm that would do would be to your budget.

I'd prefer a full sized ATX board to a micro-ATX one like the H81M if I wasn't building a compact system. The micro boards tend to be slightly less expensive, though, and may be attractive if you don't need the extra stuff on the larger boards.

Why are you getting an Ethernet Adapter? You motherboard comes with one built in. The Graphics card and Power supply would depend on what you do with the computer. If you Browse the net, do email and forums/social media, the one bobkn suggests will be fine. If you do a lot of gaming, you may want a better card and bigger PSU. As far as the SSD, I would go with the EVO instead of the Pro. The difference is the type of nand memory used. The Pro is slightly faster, not that you will ever notice. The EVO is cheaper and fast enough that you wouldn't know the difference. The size is up to you. But, 250 GB for only the OS and programs, you will never run out of space. Put all of your user files on a mechanical hard drive.

Bobkn gave you good advice. I would follow it unless your use of the computer dictate otherwise.
