    Reformatting Photos


    Hi I,m a new member and am desperate to find out information .
    Where do I go in Windows 10 to reformat and downsize a jpe, photo into a jpeg, so that I
    can save and print ?
    Anyone ! Please Help !

    JPE is just another extension for the jpeg format, its typically used in some cameras. Try renaming the file extension to .jpg and see if your applications will open it.

    Gimp will also allow you to export the photo to any format, along with clean them up.

    Thanks Swarfega have managed to fix problem used my "paint " program where I can resize and save as a jpeg

This is driving me crazy. I have PhotoShop which runs fine under win10 bty BUT I really like the little Photos app for quick editing however. It doesn't work all the time. The app itself never fails to launch but with about half of the pictures...
