From your perspective, you haven't seen ANY that are actionable - is that correct?
I'm not sure. I've seen notifications that clearly say Click for more information -- implying that they are actionable. But when I click them, nothing happens. I end up clearing all the notifications.

    Ok thanks,
Best to chalk it up to a preview release then. If you want to provide feedback to MS, just report it as you described in your post. Hopefully, they will not confuse the issue as I did.

Notifications & actions is one of the areas they are currently focusing - so I expect it to be flaky

YES ... and in my case, NONE of the notifications in that area are "clickable". Am asking if that is by design.

I get a popup in the taskbar telling me I have new notifications, I click the icon in the taskbar, the Notifications area opens, I click the newest of the notifications there -- and nothing happens. Maybe, that's how it's supposed to work!
For what it is worth ...

I upgraded to Win 10 pro yesterday evening.

I get notifications when I put a CD in the drive (for example). The icon goes solid on the system tray. I click it.
I see the entry at the top "tap here to choose what to do when putting in a disk" or something like that.
I click it - it vanishes.

Everything I click in the notification panel just vanishes. I am unable to get a "autoplay" window to show of any kind.
