Windows 10 is really bad . It has major flaws like losing data in updates, start menu , cortana, edge and store are not working . i googled and found the way but the working of start menu was partial . it's not working again even with the method i found on google . Now , moving to Windows 7 .

I asked you to do a system restore.
Any reason you rejected the suggestion ?

    Hi Zain

I'm not sure how much longer I can put up with Windows 10, last night I had three Crashes in One Hour!

It just seems to update all the time and always seems to do so when I'm in the middle of something, at which point it falls apart in front of your eyes.

When it works its brilliant but I have lost count of the number of clean Installs I have done.

Favourites seem to Vanish at will, as does the Task Bar, then when it updates which seems to be all the time, the Screen seems to black out for ever.

If i'd had to pay for this, then I would be wanting a refund.

Hi, have you heard of an in-place upgrade install? That lets you keep everything, and (probably) repairs most problems that are not due to 3rd party programs. However, as it respects settings, some things will not be repaired, of course.

Another major tool for your safety, security and sanity, to save a huge amount of time and frustration is disk imaging. Frankly, you need to use this. Especially with Win 10 as it's fragile and immature.
Aomei Backupper, Macrium Reflect (both free) + external backup medium + their boot disk.
Lets you restore your PC to how it was when you created the backup and acts as a full backup of what you've imaged.

So you don't have to keep clean installing...

Do remember to set updates to 'Notify to schedule restart' (Advanced options under Settings, Windows Update) and remember to enable system restore (obscurely disabled by default in Win 10).

    Hi Thanks for your help

I've got an ISO mirror disc, which is often quicker to use than trying to repair a specific problem and although I've also done the Scheduled re starts, it very often updates on its own.

In any event its just so unreliable, that I keep a spare hard drive handy to use with Windows XP.

If only they didn't keep tweaking it, then it might have been ok.
