    i never had and sleep issues with win10 until the last buils update ,it works sometime and not others ,it was working yesterday ,throught the day ,got up this morning it was wide awake.

    edit ,a few times I change the times setting and it would sleep ,then sometimes after it would stop sleeping again

    Fixed


    The fix for mine was unplugging my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick from the USB port.
    It goes to sleep just fine now. Updating the driver to the latest version did not help. I had to actually unplug it. :)
