Hi, guys, have you tried to enable the sleep option in Group Policy? Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > File Explorer to finish it.

    It's the graphics card

I have the same issue. How were you able to solve it?
I had exactly the same issue. Inorder to resolve this problem you need to reset or update your graphics card driver.

Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.
Expand one of the categories to find the name of your device, then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select Update Driver. For graphics cards, expand the Display adapters category, right click your graphics card, and select Update Driver.
Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
    Network connection is required

If these steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver: Open Device Manager, right-click (or tap and hold) the name of the device, and select Uninstall. Restart your PC, and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can click on the browse my computer for driver software at the update option. Or try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.
