Win 10, installed, cant find a thing! (Help with photos please.)

Can anyone help me with my photos, they all seem to have a little 'manila' folder around them and are only half opened up, i like them 'laying flat' on the screen if possible.

Have you tried to open the folder ?
Double click will open a folder.

I can click on the folder and open it, but they were all opened b4 and I didn't have to do that, and I could see them all. I'd like to be able to scroll through and see them all.

I really recommend a simple computer class for you mate. No disrespect, but this is the simplest of computer functions.

My guess is you want the pictures on your desktop... left-click and hold the mouse to wrap the box around all the pictures you have, then let go. They should now be highlighted. click and hold any single picture and move it to the desktop. They should all come with it. viola!

If you meant something else, be a bit more descriptive, and we can try and help as best we can

With Win 7 they were normally all opened and I could scroll through them easily. I appreciate its just a click away, but which click?

Sorry, can you screenshot the problem you're having? I'm not too sure what you mean by laying flat.
