Win 10 driving me mad..please help

    I have sorted out the optical drive...opened the case and unplugged and then plugged the cables and it is working fine now. The problems now are the occasionally non working task bar and the defragmentation issue

    Since your CD doesn't work, go to the company's website and download the drivers and (re-)install them.
