Tray Ballon showing up on top left corner of screen

Hi,
I enabled tray balloon on my Windows 10 but it is showing up on the top left corner of the screen.



How do I fix that?

As suggested, if you enable the balloon through GPO, set it back to the default and use the Registry edit to bring the balloon on. See: Enable balloon notifications in Windows 10 using a Registry tweak

I tried both ways, registry and GPO. reboot and still the same.

Can't find any answer to this. Maybe, need to wait for a bug fix... sorry.
