I just love this! Build 9926 sysprepped and customized, everything working as a dream(*):

(*) = Except Cortana and language packs. Language packs are there but I seem to be unable to install, Cortana tells it does not work in this region, tried Finland, UK and Germany with respective language and regional settings and VPN simulated locations. Playing with various scenarios, I'm sure I'll find if not a solution but at least a workaround.

The Store Beta has some issues, like here telling me that my Windows Phone app is last updated over 2,000 years ago :):

I never got to watch the entire presentation but I did catch the portion where the price was announced and that made my year!! And when I performed the update it sealed the deal for me getting the new OS when it comes out.
