Call me a Microsoft fanboy if you want to, I've heard that so often I am used to it, but I like everything seen and heard. The concept of Windows is going to direction which speaks to me.

Even for free it is a hard sell to Windows 7 users who want a lean and mean installation without all the unneeded "Junk". I'll have to try it out and see how it goes. If there is too much metro I'll be sticking with Windows 7. I wonder how they are going to do the upgrades as I have several Windows 7 and 8.1 keys. Are they going to be surrendered and made invalid if you upgrade meaning you can't go back?

Don't get me wrong, the holo stuff will have a big place for sure and is, let's face it, really neat.
But I'll never need anything like that, nor will most people. And business... c'mon aye, don't try to con a con.

Isn't this how most technology works, initially it's a toy but eventually (sometimes very soon) they become a very practical solution to many everyday applications.
