    DiBBz, :)

If you haven't already, you might see if you may be able to delete the Windows.old folder using OPTION THREE below.

If that fails, then you might see if the free program Unlocker may allow you to.

I use Unlocker to do it - It's a good app, but anyone wanting to install it should do it from the MajorGeeks page for it, I posted how to avoid getting the Babylon virus, which comes with a toolbar that's opt in- It's easy to opt out of it, just use custom or advanced install and uncheck all of the items for "delta toolbar".

Isn't there a way to increase your capacity? Oh I see, it's one of those new NoTe/Tablets where you can remove the KB. Doesn't the KB section have a larger HDD for storage? A friend of mine has one of these and he's got something plugged into the KB section.

Damn, 32gb is about the size of my whole Windows folder, what version of 10 is in there, or is that Windows RT?

yeah sry for the late response... not doing that great in terms of actually responding back after the issue is resolved... thought id just do a full restart (Shut down + waited 10 seconds then booted the PC back up) and tried the scan again and it appeared in the clean up utility...

went straight to bed after i cleaned everything up... so i apologize again for the late response

but tyvm for the help.. from everyone!
