I used to run W7 with a hdd supplemented by a Sandisk 32gb Readycache. It ran automatically on bootup, there was a desktop icon to check up on it. W7 is now running from an ssd and the Sandisk is now with the old 80gb hdd for W10. Every time that W10 gets to desktop, the User Account Control asks if I want to run the caching software. I have looked in user accounts but haven't found a way to enable individual programs without letting the lot through.
There isn't a (good) way to whitelist specific programs. There are some hacks, which I don't recommend. One such hack is to create a scheduled task at login that runs with administrative privileges. I've never managed to make such a process work correctly though when I've tried with other tools.
Windows already has a "readyboost" technology built-in, so i'm not sure why you need an additional one. Why don't you use the built-in readyboost?
Two reasons, first the Sandisk was redundent and second, I had no idea that "readyboost" existed.

If you like, you could use the tutorial below to create an elevated shortcut to run the program, then place the elevated shortcut in your Startup folder. This will allow only that program to run elevated at startup without getting a UAC prompt. :)

I've tried having UAC off and starting a shortcut marked Run As Administrator in Compatibility Tab using my program RunIt from this page:

Some work and some do not. But it's worth a try. I find many of my AHK hotkey programs that watch desktop windows run in normal mode on W7, but must be run as admin on W10.
See the included Readme.txt for usage instructions. RunIt adds an entry to the Run registry setting. To remove any programs set up this way search RegEdit for RunIt_xxx where xxx is the name of the shortcut. Just delete the appropriate RunIt_ Registry entry.
