Windows 10 pro 125% display blur

    Hello guys

I'm using windows 10 pro - acer nitro laptop vn7-592g. im having exact problem listed here:

Solved FIX | Windows 10 Blurry Text and Windows! - Windows 10 Forums

resolution - Windows 10 Font blurry 125% scaling - Super User

I don't want to use 3rd party apps to resolve this issue as I'm worried about malwares. Under display setting its 125% now. When i change to 100% then my text is very clear but very very small. So i need to use 125%. 125% is my recommended size by default. However, screens like services.msc all very blur.

Is there any proper official way to fix this issue?

    Thanks

    Hi,
Welcome to the forums, have you tried getting the latest driver from acer support site? I prefer not to use any third party utility for display problems, if the Win10 VGA driver doesn't help, try win8.1 driver, get it from here:

Better use Windows 10 drivers, Windows 8.1 drivers aren't compatible with Windows 10.

Some of the 8.1 drivers may work, I'm using Win 8 driver( dated 30/8/12) for my Elantech touchpad in Windows 10.

    Hello,

I again reinstalled my acer divers, It's still the same. I followed your instruction and everything is up to date. I'm quite fed up with call center people. Both times my calls answered by Filipino country techs and they simply couldn't understand what I'm talking
    1) First officer (I do not wish to mention the name) without giving a case id , remotely logged into my computer and checked for half an hour. Suddenly my computer got locked (i dont have auto lock feature) therefore i terminated the session because I didnt feel comfortable. She disconnected the phone call but never call me back.

    2) I called 2nd time. She was more fun. She remotely logged into my computer. I opened my device manager and showed her the blur text. The best part is, she argued with me that it's not blur. And she remotely played with my computer like zooming in and out and she also got disconnected. No call back what so ever. I particularly told her if call gets disconnect, call me back and i gave my mobile number. I think she had no clue so while checking she quit.

    1) Windows up to date2) Drivers up to date3) I'm running Norton + Malwarebytes4) I'm having this issue ever since I had Win 10.

Any further assistance is greatly appreciated.Thanks.
