Laptop Broken on It's Own fixable?

So It was around Thanksgiving and I opened my Asus Q550lf laptop and I hear a awful horible cracking sound. So to my surprise what do I find a nice beautiful crack on the right side leading all the way to the left side of the laptop. Then I find what looks to be a bent metal bracket underneath the screen and the screen sticking out of the lip of the laptop. Also I found that my whole hinge is separated and looks like there are some bent parts inbetween it? Also the touchscreen is messed up making it unusable. Understand this laptop is alittle over a year old and the hinge, Screen, and audio jack are broken? I never have dropped my laptop nor have I tried to damage it in anyway it just came apart for no reason. So from what i have explained is it fixable and how much will it cost to have it professionaly reparied if it is fixable or will it be covered by warrenty? arrgh I just want my damn laptop.

It can be fixed; or if repairs are too costly, the hard-drive can be placed into another twin laptop. How long have you had this laptop?
If you have the warranty information and the receipt -- the manufacturer can guide you through the warranty process.
If no receipt, possibly the manufacturer has a record of your purchase if you registered the laptop after you purchased it.
If out of warranty, any business-oriented computer store/fix it shop can give you a rough estimate for repairs, time, how much, etc.

I bought the laptop at bestbuy as of September 23 2014 and so It is about a year and almost 3 months old. Unfortunately i do not have the receipt, or warranty information, but I can pull it up if i where to go to Best Buy or give them my account info over the phone?

Those darn sticky and too stiff hinges are at fault. They put too much stress on plastic parts. On my old laptops I spray (very carefully) a bit of WD40 whenever the resistance of hinges makes it difficult to open and close.
