PLEASE help screenshooting and lagging URGENT

I REAAALLLLLY need help please O please...... I did the windows 10 upgrade from 8. since then I can no longer screen shoot and everything lags for about 5 seconds, be it the mouse, or any keys ( I am a complete idiot where computers are concerned, I would be so so sooooo grateful of any help but make its idiot proof to understand )

My problem is I need to get screenshots for a court case against a dangerous person who is stalking me, I am trying to capture it all that's online to give to the court, however since my upgrade pressing prt sc and alt together doesn't work, the only thing I can find to do is copy and paste or this stupid screen clipping thing but both are taking forever as the screenshots don't go into a folder I have to save each individually, the person in question is rapidly deleting all his posts online so I need to move quickly ie he's deleting death threats etc, really important posts for the judge to see.

After the upgrade there was a pop up that said do I want the ss to save into onedrive, I clicked no thinking I wanted them to just save where they always had to keep them together, since then its not worked i've tried everything I know ( which probably isn't much) to look for how to get them to save into one drive if that is the only way but nothing is showing up, I'm so upset as I don't have much time to get this done and its so so important, so any help would seriously be amazing of you.

Also since the upgrade there is now about a 5 second lag on anything I do, be it typing, moving toe mouse clicking on things, its horrendous and is slowing me down no end, again i've searched online but have no idea how to fix this issue, it was fine before the upgrade.

Thank you in advance so so much if any one is able to help me, i'll be eternally grateful xxx

Mandy moo moo on your other problem have you made sure all the drivers are up to date, as that can cause your system to lag.
Plus all latest updates the last one being 2 days ago.
Also try running Ccleaner to delete old files left behind then try when you have time a defrag

    mandy moo moo,

Win 10 has Snipping Tool included..
Use it to do screen capture.

You can find it in :
Start > All apps > scroll down to alphabet W > open Windows Accessories > Snipping Toll is listed there.

Wow, didn't know that and it works a treat for me, Edwin - thanks! Beats calling up paint to paste into and save as which I've been doing up til now. Looks like it fits OPs need nicely to grab screenshots quickly if it works for them .
