    Open up the 'This PC' window and maximise it. Then hold down Ctrl+Shift+Alt and close the window with the X at the top. All my explorer windows then open maximised - even after a reboot.

    Only had Windows 10 24 hours, so I can't vouch for the longevity of the fix, but it's good so far!
