After Upgrade to the latest 10010586, HDD appears in Safely remove HW

My PC suddenly installed upgrade/update and then completed
(it said "we've got some features to be excited about" etc ...),
Does it due to the latest version of windows 100.10586? I'm not sure what upgrade that havs been installed, I looked into "view update history" but shows nothing.

    BUt problems appearing after upgrade,

why now My all Harddisk drive appears on the Safely remove HW icon and in the device/printer ?

"safely remove hardware and eject media" is always appears in taskbar-hidden icon, even i already set it off via properties.

How do i completely remove it?

I have 2 HDD internal sata (mode ahci), First one is for OS, second for storage data.

Before update, my HDD status are normal not listed under safety remove hardware icon or portable device.
Pretty sure this happen after windows installed some new major-update. Now those Harddisk drives is treated as portable device and the "safety remove hardware" icon is always appears on the taskbar.

Okay, The First OS HDD even you does safely remove windows still prevent it from removal, but the second HDD is actually does can be removed via safely icon, this is very terrible.

How do i fix this without registry hack??

    Finally i found a fix

Insert my Disc motherboard installation, and then Install Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Driver & Intel® Control Center

kudos to some guys from this thread:
My internal SATA device appears in Devices and Printers and in the - Microsoft Community

Please install "motherboard_driver_intel_sataraid_irst" applicable version to your Mother Board Model. Software available at Intel.com named as "Intel® Control Center" through "Intel® Rapid Storage Technology"
My Internal system disk and internal disk doesn't shows anymore as portable device on device manager
and "Eject HDD -- >safety remove hardware" at taskbar is completely gone now.

But i still curious, what cause of this problem? why after installed (KB3116900) ? it perfectly normal before that.

I also notice that after install this update, Booting into windows takes a few longer than before.

The Windows 10 loading screen is flashing two times. the second flashing is on lower resolution...wtf pfft

    (KB3116900) is buggy.

Winver: Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.29).

    =============
yup this update also seems like to reset some of our custom settings

    1. I Need to re-configured my Network adapter to make Sleep Mode works properly.
    2. I Need to re-configured my ICC profile monitor
    3. My Steam game crash, need verify integrated of game cache
    4. re-configured Nvidia global settings

very fishy update ...new version = its almost like new fresh install ?

afety remove hardware icon is re-appearing again, but now its not listed as my HDD, but now My Graphic CARD!!! wtf -.-

    i found the similar problem
Graphics Card shows under 'Safely remove hardware and eject devices' - is this normal? : techsupport

Nevermind, its caused by Nvidia 361.75 driver
    https://forums.geforce.com/default/t...91013/#4791013

This is part of the new BETA support for external GPUs however this message will be removed from the next driver.
