missing part of Virtual Memory window

I don't know if you realized this, but in Windows 10 10586 the Virtual Memory window is missing some part of it, check it out:

I want to turn this feature off but I can't because the button to set between the different options is not visible. This visual bug happens in all versions of Windows 10 10586, and it doesn't matter the display resolution. It's kinda funny, you know, how could Windows developers let this bug pass? Do you have any idea on how to fix this visual bug or turn Virtual Memory manually? Thanks in advance.

Mine has the complete Window in English. It is a bug because the window does not resize to accommodate your language. I don't know what registry settings are affected by changing the virtual memory options. Can you change your display language to English? Maybe somebody will come along and tell us where in the registry these settings get changed so you can edit the registry to accomplish what you want.

I can't install English display language pack because my W10 edition is Home Single Language. I'll have to find out a way to disable virtual memory either by command prompt or by registry. Thanks anyway.

edit: I fixed it by pressing Tab key to cycle through buttons till I was able to choose "Set" lol. Thanks, issue solved, but I hope Microsoft fixes this bug.
