Windows 10 Can Not rename New Folders

My computer was recently updated to Windows 10 Pro version 1511 OS Build 10586.29
I can not name New Folders.

I can rename text or doc files.

This is the error I receive
    Rename Folder

    Can't find the specified file
Make sure you specify the correct path and file name

The file or folder does not exist

    Any help appreciated

Hi, how are you renaming them? I have no issue.

    1) If you have Registry Workshop installed, open it. If not, open Regedit.exe. To open Regedit.exe: press Win+R (run dialog) and type in regedit -> OK
    2) Assuming Regedit is open. Click/Highlight (not double-click) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, - Open the File Menu and click Load Hive, - Locate the SOFTWARE hive you are using and type in a name, eg., _Temp1
    3) With the hive now loaded, open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key -> your hive name (_Temp1) -> then make your way to \Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FolderTypes. - Highlight the FolderTypes Folder -> right click -> Export -> Type a name -> Save - Do the same for \Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FolderTypes if your are on 64bit.
    4) Go back up to your hive name key (_Temp1) and close it. Then click it to highlight it. - Open the File Menu and click Unload Hive -> Yes
    5) Close Regedit
    6) Go to the reg file(s) you just exported and import by double-clicking it/them.
    7) Restart your computer
