    Admin privileges and TrustedInstaller

    Welcome to the Ten Forums,

Are you able to reach Command Prompt Admin in the start menu. If yes, open it in admin mode and run this command line (System File Check): sfc /SCANNOW
    Wait for the result.
Otherwise, you can recover Admin privileges the way its shown in the screenshot. Do it for administrator and computer name. You must first find the name (check name: The Desktop Name). If you already run Win 3.1 you should know, like me, how to do it.

You must save and exit each time before applying changes. Got an issue like this one in an Insider Build 5 mounts ago.

Now that you have an activation or an open pass to Win Ten, you can also save time and build an ISO image to clean install Win Ten. I'm saying that because it seems that you have serious problems to deal with.

Right click on start menu and try to open it in admin mode. It is also in start menu under all apps in Windows System. Right click on it to open it in admin mode. If it still not working, then you must work on admin privileges and recover them. That's what you should read on an healthy computer: Screenshot

If you can manage to run setup.exe from a USB or DVD, I would do this:
