    DLL files missing at startup

    Hi everyone
I upgraded my laptop from Windows 8 to 10 a few months back.
Of recent, my system displays two error signs whenever I start the system

There was a problem starting C:/users/appdata/local/webrest/bin/webrest.dll

    and

    C:/users/appdata/local/ExtensionKingdom/xBin/ExtensionKingdom.dll

I have attached a snapshot of the error messages.
Please how can I sort this out?

    Thanks

These missing DLLs looks like malware/adware components to me. What is WebRest? What is ExtensionKingdom? Did you knowingly install this software yourself?

If not, then this could be some malware/adware, which likely got detected and quarantined recently.

    Hi,

I think those belonged to a game that was once installed and has been uninstalled in an unorthodox way.
A registry cleaning should be able to fix these errors.

    Cheers,
