    WTF! Windows 10 missing texts/images

I have been experiencing some strange problems of late. They seem to go away completely at times yet some how manage to come back. I repeatedly get missing icons and text along with images when in the start menu, action center, some apps, windows edge, etc. Upon restarting it may or may not restore those missing elements. I have run anti-virus software and ccleaner and everything comes up fine; yet as you can see from the images it clearly isn't. Please help!!!!

If you go to all apps - there's a link called "contact support". It will send you straight to microsoft to visit their community or chat or call, they do offer remote assistance if needed.

Also I recommend you give this article a shot first.
    Refresh Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

If you're having problems with Windows 10 on your PC, you can try to refresh, reset, orrestore it. Refreshing your PC fixes software problems by reinstalling the OS while preserving the user data, user accounts, and important settings. All other preinstalled customizations are restored to their factory state. In Windows 10, this feature no longer preserves user-acquired Windows apps.

A refresh will only affect the partition that Windows 10 is installed on.

For more information, see: Push-button reset (Windows Drivers)

This tutorial will show you how to refresh Windows 10 on your PC to reinstall Windows and keep your personal files and settings, and apps you installed from the Windows Store.

You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to refresh Windows.

Thanks for your reply. I just spent over two hours with chat tech support. The guy was totally waste of time; he couldn't even get his own chat window to work in the end and had to chat with me on a text file that he created on my computer while remote accessing it. He then offered to escalate tech support for a nominal fee of $149. I knew to end the chat then.

I will try resetting now see if that works.
