As Kaci said, I would look at local shops too. Another option would be to ask the shop how much they would charge to build it for you and you pick out the parts and take them to them. You would at least get whatever you want and can decide on the quality you would want too. Quality is not something any of the OEMs even are concerned about. They use the cheapest parts they can find. With reason, but not something you would want. We could give you a lot of options, if you would want them.

@Marybabs73 ... Once you get your refund from HP, how about letting the forum know what kind of budget you might have range wise and then maybe others here can point you to a good buy

I would recommend the HP Envy 700-414 like I have.

Intel HD Graphics is enough for those games, but if she ever decides to dive into the newer games, she might run into performance issues and will have to turn down the graphics. More specifically, you have Intel HD Graphics 4600.

Thanks so much everyone. I'm still getting the run around from HP for this AIO desktop I purchased.

Where did you buy it? Most places have a 30 day return policy. Try going through where you bought it.

Do much of your dealing through email so you have a documented track of your requests and their replies. Both from where you bought it and HP. Save or print out every email. HP is going to make it as difficult as possible in hopes you will give up.
