Weird bug with Wallpaper slideshow resets window scroll bars

    I have the exact same issue and was about to post same as you did. Never happened in Win 7 or 8.1.

    The Windows Feedback app is the only way I know of. Although if you read the other complaints up there, this one will probably be considered really minor.

    In my opinion, when the wallpaper changes it does a refresh on the desktop (which is just a folder). Problem is it also does a refresh on all the other folders in open windows. When I manually do a refresh on an open folder or the desktop, no other folders are affected. If I right click the desktop and select Next Desktop Background, all open folder windows refresh (set scroll bar tabs to the top). Haven't found the "Don't refresh all folders when changing desktop wallpaper" checkbox yet. :)

    Sure enough. Turning off auto change color fixed it for me.
