This definitely isn't part of Windows 10. If you've run a full scan with Malwarebytes already (I reiterate, full scan), then try Dr. Web CureIt. Note that Threat Scan in Malwarebytes is actually what most antiviruses call "Quick Scan". It scans where malware usually is, not the entire computer. Do a custom scan and check all of the drives.

When another advert appears, open Task Manager and click More Details. Check in the "apps" section for anything suspicious (this is where all open windows appear). You may have to sort the processes by name.

Are you sure all Web browsers are closed? Check Task Manager as there may be a crashed browser still running invisibly, and pumping ads. If that's all it is, breathe a sigh of relief.

If not, I would be inclined to run the malwarebytes.org scanner over it. Not wishing to raise false alarms but the fact that you have this popup may well indicate a more serious underlying malware problem.

    Thanks both.

The Dr. Web Cure It is running now. And it's the more serious underlying malware problem that worries me....

Can you check your programs and features list for any programs that you don't remember installing?

Uninstall any programs that you do not need or recognize, then download ADWCleaner and scan for malware. AdwCleaner Download

If that fails to detect the malware, then scan using an anti-rootkit program. A good one is listed below:
    TDSSKiller Download
