What's this got to do with the price of eggs (IE11)

    Hi there

What's a poor old dumb user like me meant to do with this sort of message (IE11 browser). I suppose this must mean something to somebody - but even Chinese for me would me more understandable !!!!!

Most likely a PHP error in the site:
PHP - Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array.

Has nothing to do with IE11.

    Something must've fixed it.
I can see it fine in Firefox and IE 11 on 8.1
    and in IE11 in Win10

Who ever runs that site must have tweaked the PHP code and fixed the bug.

Windows 10 - Price?
I don't know if this question is already asked, but I'm curious will this be a free since I heard Windows 9 will be free, but looks like they renamed it to Windows 10, or there will be a standard price for this Windows 19?
