Windows 10: If internet down can you still login to Windows 10?

If internet down can you still login to Windows 10?

Prob a silly question but it occurred to me that should our internet ever go down for whatever reason can we all still login to our Windows 10 desktop? We have multi user accounts so always get presented with the login screen on boot. Not that it's ever happened since we got our machine but I did wonder about this potential scenario

    Cheers

Just cause I thought win 10 was so heavily tied to your outlook and Internet login at start up

That is synchronizing your devices, not logging in to Windows.

    Heck, even the Titanic synced.
