    No problem here

Have you tried it from the option in the right click of the start button? If that doesn't work, try repinning it through

    This PC - Windows - explorer.exe

Yeah tried the right click, it opens up then shuts down and makes the screen go all wonky, the screen comes good but File Explorer has disappeared.
I tried to send a message on Windows Explorer and that froze up, so I've shut the machine down and let it sit for a while to see if it works okay on reboot.

Something definitely wrong, once I try to open file explorer, it's like going onto another desktop, all my icons are gone, the only way to get back is to log off or change user.
Also had a couple of blue screens of death, must be holding it wrong.

Nothing worked so I thought I'd play around with Storage Sense, from there I could see Libraries and then This PC, so I pinned that to the Start, now I have it working, bit convoluted but who cares, it's working exactly like it should.
So now I don't have to reinstall as everything else works fine.
