The feedback is read by machine - metadata collected when users submit feedback helps sort the feedback
Further processing organizes and prioritizes the feedback - then development teams get their report.
Note: your feedback is stored in sub-folders under
AppData\Local\Packages\
with a naming convention

[Home location-Explorer] I added a folder to Favorites and a new Favorites object (big star icon) appeared on my desktop.

This information is only the first stage in sorting the issues, I'm sure the feedback app collects more useful information. I just don't know the full implementation.
