@mrgeek I don't know why it turned on from sleep and I would rather keep it hibernated since hibernation IS WORKING now since I removed the AMD PSP Driver.
I don't have recovery partition. One of the first things I did was to do a clean install of win10 anniversary edition and I did not download any drivers from HP as far as I can remember. Windows found all drivers and I put latest AMD GPU drivers manually.
I think my suggestion to you is to look for the latest bios for your laptop from HP site first. Because I saw many times some bios updates fixing sleeping etc. related problems. I think perhaps our problems are different because your CPU does not have PSP AFAIK. Platform Security Processor was added to some models starting in 2014.
