    Local Account and Store Access

I'm trying to use a local account and access my Store account (a Microsoft account) while signed into that local account. I presume I solved this with Windows 8/8.1 because that's what I have going. Can someone refresh my memory? I'm going to write the process down this time!

    Hello PJLLB,

Using step 5 in the tutorial below should work for you to sign in to the Store with your Microsoft account while staying signed in to Windows with your local account. :)

Brink, you're a wizard. Thank you. I documented the steps this time so I can use them again and not have to bother you on this particular process again.

Hi @Brink, I followed the tut on the link above but something has changed with Win 10. Since Charms Bar is just an optional feature for Win 10, here's how to Sign-in to Windows Store on Win 10.

    Open Store then :

Thank you. I've updated the tutorial to include this option as well. :)
