    Trouble running .bat files

Hi, I'm trying to run .bat files on Windows 10, but it tells me that "This app can't run on your PC".
It doesn't matter what I use it for, .bat files just won't run anyway.
Are .bat files no longer supported? (ran fine on Windows 7) Any workarounds?

I'm no expert on this field, which is why I came here. Sorry if this has already been answered here.

Welcome to the forums Larsen97. Try right clicking the file, and choose run as administrator.

    Edit

Also try opening command prompt(Admin) and type the name of the file. For example if the file name is startup, your would type startup.bat then press enter

Tried doing that a while ago, but it didn't work properly. I read your reply and figured that I wrote the wrong code after some further inspection... haha.

Anyways, it's working as intended now. Thanks for the assistance!

Glad you fixed it, you're welcome. I like your theme too.

I'm using the High Contrast #2 theme, I find it bit more eye-friendly than the default theme, and it fits my gaming peripherals as well.
