    where does w10 store partitons in the registry ?


    hi
    does somebody where does windows 10 store partitions ?
    in windows 7 and windows 8 , ->regedit ->

    in windows 10 i have only

    related to the burners blu ray nothing else
    and \DosDevices\C: and the other partition \DosDevices\D: E: and so on ?

I suppose they are the hidden partitions like Recovery, EFI, Unallocated(for my SSD), and the System Volume Information(a kind of index for the drive where on disk everything is).

    you should have at least 6 \??\Volume{ for every partitions and if you plug a usb stick or usb hard drive or a dvd burner
    i know it's very odd
    did you perform a fresh w10 installation ?
