What is blocking most of my attempts to do anything?

Firstly I can no longer open cards from Jacque Lawson,as it tells me I do not have required Flash Player,I have made sure in Edge that Adobe is switched on.Now I have joined Win 10 forum,if I click on the solution to this problem, all I get is a blank page.I am missing all my sport streaming for the same reason.help would be appreciated.

Hello, I'm assuming your concern is with Flash player- am I correct?

    Go here:
Adobe - Test Adobe Shockwave Player
to check if it is properly installed.

You could try uninstalling, reinstalling it.

For Windows 10, you might need different versions of Flash Player:

The browsers Edge and Internet Explorer will use the Flash Player, which comes with Windows itself.

Other browsers (like Firefox) use a different version, which does not come with Windows.

So what you have to do to fix this, depends on in which browser you want Flash to be working.

Thanks dalchina,Windows 10 comes with a built in Adobe Flash player, and I have tried clicking on that window that says test, and nothing as usual happens.

Thanks for the reply, joergi, maybe I should as you suggest, download Fire fox to use for my streaming only, but I think I tried this, and it said you already have a Flash player installed on your machine.

    Try going here:
Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions
and see if you can download and install flash player in whichever browser you are using.

(Note that there was a Windows Update for flash player v19 about a week ago I think- you could try uninstalling that update as another approach).

(That site also offers a link to troubleshoot flash player for IE and Edge if you're using those - for which my comment about Windows Update applies)

When I first got Win10, I kept getting messages that Flash could not play in Edge. Has that changed? I checked that test site, the first link fails to load Flash, but a test link I clicked on from that page did show Flash.

The only other browsers I allow are IE and Firefox, never again Chrome.

You could try Internet Explorer. Start>All Apps scroll down and click on windows accessories. It's the second one down. You can Rt click to pin to the taskbar or the desktop. I use IE because Edge is still too glitchy.
