I did a search and there does seem to be an Intel ME equivalent in AMD. It's called Secure Processor or Platform Security Processor. Perhaps you have something like that in your Driver list?

AMD Secure Processor or Platform Security Processor equivalent to ME Cleaner for Intel ME? : Amd

    More info about equivalent:

I think Windows 10 is the same for Intel or AMD.

If you right click the Start Menu in Windows 10 don't you get a list that contains DEVICE MANAGER? Then from Device Manager locate the specific driver you're looking for. It may be in there.

If not, sorry I couldn't help you. I don't what differences AMD offers.

    Again, good luck.

At least putting it to sleep offers you some comfort.

Thanks for the help. Taking off "fast start", as mentioned earlier, seems to prevent issues, at least during the first two shutoffs and restarts.
