Why is another entry of One Drive appearing in File Explorer?

All of a sudden just today I noticed in File Explorer that another entry of One Drive appeared but missing its original iconic look.

Nothing was flagged as far as malware from the MS Defender Full Scans to make sure it's not some sort of malware.

Next, I went to both of the One Drive Properties and crossed checked both their creation dates and both of them had the same creation dates and times. The creation dates were the same as well when I installed Windows 10.

Have anyone else notice this from the attached image? It looks like this.

That happens quite a lot, you can delete an entry in the registry to remove the duplicate if you would like to.
