I am a novice computer user and am having trouble with an error message that says long running script problem.

It also happens with Box Sync and some others. You can try a Internet Explorer Reset from "Internet Options" and see if that fixes it. Also some Internet Security software packages can cause it.

Do you get this using Edge? Another forum I belong to had some people getting this in Edge. Their solution was to use another browser!!
