How do I move tiles in the start menu?

    Apparently "Live Tiles" are a real time representation of the tile, ex: weather is showing a real time tile, when live tiles are off it just shows the logo of the tile. See Brinks tut https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3...dows-10-a.html

The tiles are inconsistent in placement and trying to order them with the mouse moves other tiles in all directions. I have not tried to do a clean install of 10074 because I have quite a few third party programs installed to make sure they work...
