    MS EDGE Performance Settings

    Hi All

I just want to know - Maybe i am missing something or am very confused

With the latest stable update of Edge there is supposed to be a RAM Toggle within Edge , where you can choose how much the browser can use

These are the only settings i currently have MS EDGE Performance Settings-e.png

Is there something i am missing or is this correct ?

Browser is on the latest version and Windows also fully updated

This is what i am referring to : Just a moment...

That feature has not yet been included in stable builds. Testers can use Canary build but I'd advise you to wait for the feature to make it's way into the stable build if it proves not to be buggy.

Wow OK thanks for the info - I really thought this was already in the stable channel - What is weird i downloaded all builds on a test device i have and none-of them have this - Maybe they pulled it at some point

Here are the instructions. You have to modify the shortcut:

    --enable-features=msEdgeResourceControlsRamLimiter

It seems that I was wrong. I have Microsoft Edge Version 125.0.2535.51 (Official build) (64-bit)

I can see the new feature:

    Hi Callendar

Thanks so much for the guidance

What's stupid for me is that you need to add that string to the shortcut to enable this function and that MS has not included this by standard
