In my opinion, good thermal paste never needs to be replaced.
Try to find a Asus S530FA service manual.
Open the back cover. My Asus has tork screws so you may need small tork screwdriver.
Try to remove the fan over the heat sink without taking the heat sink from over the CPU.
You may find that the heat sink is totally clogged with dust. I used a vacuum cleaner on the heat sink. If you apply the vacuum cleaner or compressed air on the fan, don't let it spin. The fan is delicate. Block it or it can over speed.

Try passive cooling in the power mode settings to see what happens? Also check there is no debris trapped in the fan blades and any ducting to/from the fan is clear.
Hi there Steve, sorry but I do not know where to find that option, would you explain a little?
    Thanks

See Add or Remove System cooling policy from Power Options in Windows

Peak temperature is 203 F = 95 C which is high and you risk thermal shutdown depending on the CPU spec. Something is wrong here with the cooling air flow and / or CPU thermal paste.

Ensure you operate any laptop ensuring the bottom vents are clear to allow a good air flow. I place my laptop on a laptop tray with a foam strip along the back to ensure a 1cm gap beneath the laptop for good airflow.

Temperatures should never exceed 85ºC or 185ºF.
