Oddly erratic.. if you now run chkdsk c: /scan - does that pass (just to verify)?
Thought last night it was repaired, but this morning the system told me otherwise.
Ran the chkdsk /f /r /x this moments ago. I am back into Windows.
Here is the reliability screen or should I say in my case the unreliability screen shot!
I try the chkdsk c: /scan next

Just ran the chkdsk c: /scan and found no problems

Just an observation. After running the chkdsk /r /f /r last night my system ran fine I tried moving around the web etc. no issues.
This AM it had problems crashing. I ran the above command this AM and I haven't crashed yet. Is that any clue or just a coincidence?

Just looked at the technical information and it states windows failed to start do to hard drive problems. I could load the Crucial drive app? Hope the SSD isn't giving up the ghost.
Try Hard Disk Sentinel and see what it says (in English) for both drives.
If you start getting BSODs then use the forum's BSOD section and log collection tool there.
Ok installed sentinel trial version. States both drives look good. The 77% on my SSD states estimated remaining lifetime 77 days????
also says lifetime 77 in crystaldisk
Refreshed system and having problems
Yes it does so I'm wondering if I should order a new SSD just in case.
I would. That 250gb mx200 is quite old and very small. ssd prices are high right now unfortunately.
wow. I think I still have the same cpu on an ancient asrock mobo. Cant remember where I put it.Intel Wolfdale E8400 3.0Ghz
The C: drive SSD is only half full at this point. I keep my data on a bigger hard drive.
Yes it's an old dinosaur system just trying to run it a little longer. I've been watching the new cpu developments carefully.
endurance scales with size. An ssd with a decent lifespan can be moved to a newer machine in the future.
Your reference comparison would be booting with a different but similar disk in the same slot.
If you still saw problems you might begin to suspect other hardware issues.
If your 2nd disk is data only, try booting with that disconnected/removed.
You might also explore the Reliability History further just to see if there are any hints.
