Somehow although I have one Amazon account still working they have stopped me from opening up another.
If I try to open up another with different credentials it says something like "internal error" even if I try a different browser. I have cleared cookies etc but it still says the same thing every time?
Help please!
Perhaps their new account registration software [running in your browsers] has not been written to cope with a new account using the same email / phone number as an existing account.
Or perhaps their new account registration software [running in your browsers] has not been written to cope with a new account for a user who has an existing account's cookies.
I do not know why you want multiple accounts but I suggest you create a new user account on your computer and create the new Amazon account in that.
