    Windows Popup dialogs moved off-screen


    Windows 10.0.19041.985 2004. Updates are disabled. I noticed after plugging in USB DVD drive that my popup dialogs have moved too far down as to make them barely readable.



    Rebooting didn't help. No updates have been applied so have no idea what caused this. Anyway to fix this?

    EDIT-

    Never mind. I thought those 'Device Connected' dialogs were Windows System. They are actually Volume2 dialogs. I went into Volume2's settings and was able to adjust the positions of the dialogs. Have no idea how or why it changed, but now I know how to fix it if it happens again.
