Its a local account on the computer I did this on. But at one time it was using a Microsoft account.

I think the tilelayer database was possibly corrupted.

After I renamed that folder, I expected a new one to be created. Didn't happen.

When I logged in as the built-in Adminstrator account, a profile was created with a start menu and all login settings. Interestingly, there was no TileLayer\Database folder for the start menu layout under the User\Administrator folder, but there was a brand new start menu layout built and shown and saved somewhere.

Edit to correct the folder path/name:
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database
    was renamed to
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database-bak

Since then I have had no problems, reliability monitor graph is on a steep climb.

Installed the patch Tuesday update June 11, 2024—KB5039211 (OS Builds 19044.4529 and 19045.4529) and it is the SOS . Nothing fixed.

That blows. I can't believe this is just getting ignored, and the bug reports you reported in the Feed Back Hub theres been no updates or feedback.

I tried to open the Bug Section of the Feedback Hub and all it does is just sit and spin. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling about 4 times and still spins. They just do not care.
